New York based AWH Partners bought The Kimpton Goodland Hotel in Goleta, California. Known now as The Leta Hotel it is managed by Spirit Hospitality.

Wonderful Features include an outdoor pool, and delightful indoor or patio on-site restaurant. A flat-screen TV and Free Wi-Fi are available in each contemporary room along with free parking. Over 150 shops and restaurants on State Street in Santa Barbara are just 10 minutes' drive away. The University of California, Santa Barbara is 2 miles away. Select rooms featuring a seating area or a pool and a courtyard view at The Leta Hotel, as well as a complimentary yoga mat in designated rooms.

The Leta Patio Bar

Highlights include an outdoor seating overlooking a fire pit, guests can enjoy cocktails, local beer and wine at the Patio Bar, with American Cuisine featured at the onsite restaurant. The Good Bar in the lobby is always a popular spot for cocktails and guests are invited to shop for vinyl at the on-site record store. They offer a fun evening social hour, as well as morning coffee in the lobby.

Goleta Beach is located 5 minutes' bike ride away. Wine country is 30 minutes' drive away. Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail and Sand Piper Golf Club are 10 minutes' drive away. Twin Lakes Golf Course is 2 miles away. Santa Barbara Zoo is 10 miles away, and the Santa Barbara Zoo is 10 miles away from The Leta Hotel. Santa Barbara Museum of Art and Granada Theatre are minutes away on State Street.
