SPA BABY SECRETS   .     .     .

Beer Bathing coming to US?

One of my favorite travel destinations as a writer included Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic and beer bathing has been a favorite pastime there for centuries. Rather than warm water with your favorite essential oil US spas are looking into offering beer baths as a valued item on their menus. Europeans who indulge in Beer baths claim they relieve stress and clear the body of negative toxins, while inducing sound seep as well as providing a healthy glow to the skin.  Some beer baths involve sitting in a large cedar tub filled with mineral water, hops, barley, and a few herbs, and just relaxing as you do in a bubble bath to unstress.

A spa I am familiar with  in Cesky Krumlov gives baths in a European style bath tub and offers a cold mug of beer to enjoy along with your afternoon soak.

Various Cultures offer traditional spa treatments

Globalized additions to spa treatments in the US and around the world are said to be the hot new trend making their way into modern spas. The hanjeungmak,a South Korean spa treatments involving siting in a hot kiln to decrease blook pressure and improve circulation is getting high points, and the helot Filipino massage is said to remove toxins and restore mental and physical health.

Vinotherapy Rituals

Vinotherapy treatments have been high on the delicious list in California winery spas for some time, but are now becoming popular in international wine destinations like Burgundy and Champaign. Guests enjoy a scrub of pulp and grape seeds, followed by a wine bath while sipping wine, and finished a wine oil massage. This is an experience I’ve enjoyed in Napa Valley, and I can say it seemed a bit different, but ultimately was very enjoyable.

Fat freezing is best for body areas where patients want to reduce the size of a fat bulge, such as: Abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs, back, upper arms. Most patients choose three or more treatments to achieve their goals. Results may appear within a few hours after treatment and continue to improve as the body metabolizes the fat.

Wondering if non-invasive fat removal is right for you?

Always consult with a qualified cosmetic surgeon and your own doctor to determine if you’re a good candidate for a non-invasive fat removal procedure or treatment. While the right treatment depends on your desired results and timeframe, those who are close to their ideal weight are most likely to benefit from the results of non-surgical fat removal procedures. Patients who are significantly overweight may want to consider a more invasive cosmetic procedure to achieve their desired results, such as liposuction for weight loss surgery.
