HAWAIIAN BEACHSIDE BEVERAGES


A favorite pastime at Hawaiian Island hotel destinations include specialty drinks. I have included a few of my favorites for your next Luau party or to tempt you to fly over to Maui or Lanai for some tropical libations.

Blue Hawaii
1/2 oz. blue Curacao
2 oz. rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 tsp coconut cream

Lava Flo
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz sour mix
1 oz cream
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz coconut syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
(garnish with chopped pineapple)

Mai Tai
1/2 oz Curacao
1/4 oz sugar
1/4 ounce almond syrup
1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 lime
(garnish with lemon peel, pineapple chunks or maraschino cherry)
