Children Learn Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws by Passing Through The Seven Doors

Featured in Fit Yoga Magazine, YogiTimes Magazine, Self magazine and appearing on the national talk show, Bridging Heaven & Earth, the educational and enlightening children’s book author Alanna Zabel has made Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Success accessible and entertaining to children with her children’s book The Seven Doors.

Based on experiences the author, Alanna Zabel, had during her yogic journey to find union of body and soul, the book is about a wildly talented girl named Ruby who doesn't know what to do with her potential. While wondering through the forest she meets Ahanna, the Goddess of Light. Ahanna leads Ruby through The Seven Doors and ultimately The Seven Laws, which guide Ruby to find her dharma, or life-purpose. This book is based on The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra.
"My intention with this book is to teach children how to live a life in harmony with Nature as soon as possible, so as not to waste any moment of their precious lives being disconnected.  Children are the seeds of our future, and if taught correctly they have the potential to create an amazingly joyful tomorrow", says Alanna.

Intended to enlighten adults as well as children, the playful rhymes, colorful illustrations, and amazing tale communicate a profoundly truthful message about the importance of living in alignment with Truth.  Author Alanna Zabel has written 5 other children’s yoga books, titled A Chair in the Air, Searching for Light, and The Only Way Out is In, as well as 1 novel titled, Life’s First Handbook, published in April, 2004.  They each have a creative life moral intended to increase awareness on how to live a blissful and conscious life.

Alanna is the owner of AZIAM Yoga. She holds a double BA in Child Psychology & Dance. She has been teaching yoga since 1998 and has worked with children since age 16.
